Custom work needs time. Over 10 meticulous days we:
- finalized lens blank selection with Zeiss lab partners,
- hand-beveled lens edges and stress-checked each lens,
- custom-fitted lenses to the modified rimless assembly, and
- performed full optical verification (including progressive corridor alignment and coating inspection).
Every adjustment was documented and approved by the client — a true collaborative bespoke process.
