Prescription eyeglasses are all custom-made products and therefore cannot be returned or refunded.

We do not have an overseas return warehouse. Return shipping costs to our region for eyeglass frames are high and may even exceed the product price. Refunds must be negotiated in advance. Please contact us for return arrangements.
